14. The board of directors shall form an arbitration committee to process applications for arbitration, composed of at least 4 members appointed from among the bailiffs who have been on the roll of the Chambre for at least 10 years, and shall designate the chair of the committee from among them.
The board of directors shall also designate a secretary of the arbitration committee.
